Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

There will be a 50% deposit required at the time of booking for any services scheduled. All deposits will be applied to the total amount of services scheduled.

The Photographer will, at her discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement. Any deposits paid on booking become non-refundable for cancellation, or postponement, less than two business days from the date of photography. Fees for cancellation or postponement will apply irrespective of the reasons for the cancellation or postponement.

No rights are granted until the photographer has received full payment, including, if applicable, any late payment charges. If the full payment is not made within a week from the due date, typically the date of service(s), a fee of $25 will be charged per week after until the full payment is received.

However, the Photographer understands that life doesn’t always happen as planned and consideration will be given in any such circumstance.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, from time to time in my sole discretion. I will notify you of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to this website.
